The Power of the
spoken word
Dojo Affirmations
Whoever said, “Stick and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me” flat out lied! Words are extremely powerful. They can either hurt you or help you. They can either act as the elevator to take you to the next level, or they can pierce painfully like a sword. Erolin 3D Martial Arts believes in the power of the spoken word. We understand that your spoken words will shape your actions which will develop your character. And whatever you sow, so shall you reap. And if you don’t speak positively about yourself, then it doesn’t mean anything when others do. Confidence comes from within.
As a class, we affirm the following:

4) I Will Achieve Anything I Set My Mind To.

5) I Am Confident and Humble.
While we will achieve great things in life, understanding that we still have a lot to learn keeps us in a state of humility.
6) I Will Teach Others How To Win.
